Hello, I have read through the terms of service and understand now that you do not allow auto-renewal off or refunds of any kind.
Unfortunately, we cannot leave the card on an auto-renewal. We loved the product, but we will have to cancel our subscription.

Can you please direct me on how to cancel our subscription?
