can I use this plguin with the free version? or shall I buy the pro version first?

and I have a question about the “1 Domains” in wpdm pro, does that mean that it works on 1 domain at a time, or it will only work on domain that I have to precise before purchasing? I mean if I just change my website’s domain will it still work?
