The same thing is happening on my site. Crashed it with a fatal error. De-activated the plugin and now site is back up.

Yes, it’s come from this files. But we need to add this in my-account page above dashboard. And when we try to add this code in our theme it doesn’t appear

Yes, I tried edit this file but it didn’t reflect anything.
Path of this page is as follow: themes/blocksy-child/download-manager/dashboard/dashboard.php
I already have a developer but when he edits files in this location “themes/blocksy-child/download-manager/dashboard” the changes don’t reflect on the front end. Can you confirm if this is the place to edit the pages?

Nobody else had access. There was no hacking attempts of malware found on my server so someone on here saw mu login details and DELETED the entire website
