it’s behind login (a member site). I fixed it by pointing to extenral URL and can download now

didn’t work for me. changes everything as you advised but I’m still seeing the same layout with empty thumbnails

Very nice. Is there a way to modify the template. We don’t have thumbnails for our 150+ downlods. They are mainly PDFs

right but I’m using the following template \[icon]\[title]\\[popup_link]\ | \[download_link]

What I want is a different label for the popup only. Right now I get the same label twice but the functionality is different see screenshot
