I want the title to only show up if there is something within that category. The title can be named “Test” or it can simply be the name of the category. Either way is fine.
I just only want it to show up if there is something in the category.

I’m still not sure what you’re saying.
I only want to show the category title (not the whole toolbar).
And if there are no packages related to the category title, I want to show nothing. No title (and no toolbar, ever)
When I changed the code you sent, I couldn’t get this to happen. I tried using all of the different shortcodes above, but none of them worked.
I can’t tell if it’s a problem with the shortcode I’m using or if there’s a problem with the code you sent.

The filtering is correct, but the title part isn’t working correctly- even after I made your suggested change.
I really just want the title to appear when there are links (I don’t need the rest of the toolbar, so I’ve tried a lot of combinations) and to not be there when there are no links that fit the filter.
That’s pretty much exactly what I’m trying to do, as well. You explained it better than I did.
