as I am digging in to find the reason for this terrible performances, I did found a few issues with the the plugin.

I did try to write about it here, but I get a 403 if I include code in my reply.

Is there an email address I can write to report my findings?

thank you.
It worked on the version of the site I am developing that I host online, but it still fails on the copy I host locally in my laptop.

What should I do?

is there a function like:
<?php wpdm_get_package($id); ?>
but to retrieve and array with the same packages’ info as from [wpdm_my_downloads]?

?

Is it possible the have the packages sorted by name?
