Hi Shahjada,

Thank you for fixing the javascript error. It is greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately, now the category selection is not working within the accordion.

We have all our accordions set up as follows – [wpdm-accordion cats=”31, 32, 33″ template=”591d9a35245af”]. In this instance we only want categoires 31, 32 & 33 to display.

At the moment within the accordion every download displays in every section.

I am unsure what is happening. The member’s login page is working perfectly on our side.

If you log in as administrator and then go to this url you will not have to go through the members login.

Hi Shahria,

Thank you for your assistance.

Yes, we use the accordion predominately throughout the site. The accordion plugin was active at the time.

I deactivated, uploaded the latest version of the files and reactivated.

The accordion is now showing but it is not opening when clicked. The entire page moves up and down as if it is trying to open the accordion but nothing happens.

I have toggled Bootstrap JS on and off and it doesn’t appear to make any difference.

If Bootstrap CSS is turned off I just get spinning circles underneath the accordion heading.

My users have been without access to downloads now for 3 days. I would appreciate it if you could take a look at it for me.

Thank you for getting back to me.

The license key has now updated.

The downloads are not showing up as they were previously. Attached is the on page image.

I have cleared browser cache and dumped the cache on Cloudflare.

Everything was working perfectly up until yesterday.

Can you take a look for me?

Hi Shahriar,

Yes please try that.

I know in the past there have been Java Script conflicts which were fixed by your colleagues, however, I think that updates to the main plugin may disable these fixes. You might be able to pick up something from my previous tickets.

If I wanted to change the Accordion to display the version number rather than the date what should I change this line to?

I take it that [version] can not be used here.

1. The url is in my WP Admin console. It is the search packages function in the All Packages tab of WPDM. Do you want login access?

6. I have Twitter Bootstrap enabled in settings and it is still showing up
