Hi, we’re having the same problem: we select a list, but the package forgets it when we hit ‘Update’, and so nothing is being sent to Mailchimp. I’ve looked in Download > Setting > Mailchimp as suggested but I can’t see anything there that helps.

I’m having the same problem. All of my packages with email locks are sending emails with download links that return ‘Invalid download link’. And if I set them to ‘Direct download’ instead, I get the thank-you message but no download. The download ONLY works if I disable email lock and terms.

I have the same problem. I upgraded the plugin and my custom templates disappeared. There was no warning and no explanation of how to get them back.
