I am running Custom Access Level v 2.1.0. WordPress is not telling me the plugin needs an update.
Can I just delete the plugin, download and install the current one from your web site?

I’ve just installed the latest update and am now running v4.15 of the download manager plugin…but still the individual file download is not working – even though you noted it had been fixed with this release.
Has it been fixed or not???

Have just run the update but it’s not working in my installation. Reminder: I have selected members for download access.

It used to work in earlier versions. Over several support topics you have promised to return the function. What is going on?? I really need it for my clients.

I’m running v4.1.2 on my site, and have now deleted the original functions.php file from download manager folder and replaced it with the one you provided. But still no individual file downloads for select members. Have you got a full update functional yet?

I’ll add my voice to this topic too. Individual file download doesn’t work with selected members allowed to download.

I realise its on your list, but do you have any idea of time frame?

It’s not working on my setup – I have checked the radio button on the packages for “allow individual file download” but when looking at the file list on the web page, there is only the download all button at the bottom of the list. Clicking on the individual files does nothing. I don”t even get the “finger” cursor when hovering over the files.
In a previous post when I asked you about this you explained it was because I had applied download to specific users only, and in that case individual downloads will be blocked. You also said that you were re-adding the option soon. I was wondering when because it is a very handy feature that my clients are missing!

But it changes the title of the file as well and so it has an odd name in the file list when displayed to clients.
I guess the manual title change is the best option.

Has this changed in the latest release? Because it used to be possible on my previous site???

One more question on this – I now have the download button working (along with image button), but next to each button there is another bit of text: ‘ /> that is also a download link – how do I delete that? I can’t find it in my template?

Excellent – thank you. Thought I had done that but had actually only done it in one template and not the other!

I did follow all the instructions as per the link you provided, but still have lots of problems. I upgraded not from v3, but from 4.05 to 4.07. The individual file download does not work. The download and details buttons that used to be side-by-side are not there – there is only a download button. Do you have a link to instructions on setting up templates? I think I will have to re-do my templates as well.
