I honestly have no idea how that happened – but really appreciate your help in fixing it! Thanks again.
Thanks for your help – I will adjust the php file as you suggest.
Agree with you about the accordion. Oh dear! Yesterday I was deactivating and deleting a few plugins as my site was running very slow. Could I have done something to the WPDM Bootstrap CSS doing that?? If so, which plugin do I need to reinstall/activate?
I have changed the user credentials of the login I gave you so that you can access as admin.
That looks much better. Thanks very much for your help. I hope we don’t have to do this again after the next update!
Hi – I’ve been experimenting with different template code and buttons and I’m generally happy with the link and page templates now. The only thing I don’t like is that the font on the buttons is different from all the other fonts on my website.
I have realised the main problem seems to be with the accordion itself. That is where the colours and fonts are all wrong. I’ve marked up the attached screen shot to show you where I need changes.
Really appreciate your help with this.
OK – thanks for your help.
But it still doesn’t look quite like I had it before. The fonts of the list of projects in the accordion are different from the fonts of the list of packages in the accordion. The colours are still not right.
I don’t know how to code, so I guess I’m going to have to get someone to fix this for me properly.
If I do that, is this going to happen again in the next update of Download Manager?
Is it possible to get some help on this please???
I understand what you are saying, and it all makes sense. But in this case I had the user logout and login again, so they were definitely logged in when trying to access the accordion.
I have since resolved the issue by re-creating the users hub page. Could it have been an error just on their page?
Same thing is happening for me – again! All reports are that the update has been successful, but the plugin has disappeared. Click on the plugins page and there is an error message at the top: “The plugin download-manager/download-manager.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.”
Every update, I have to re-download the plugin and reinstall. This has been happening for some time and really needs a fix.
Thank you so much for your help! I note that the social plugin has issued an update today, I’ve installed that and all is back to normal.
Your support is fantastic!

Although you didn’t explain it in your answer, I see that you have now updated the specials pack to include v4.6.9. Thank you. I’ve run the installation and it seems to have worked fine. Thank you.
You have said exactly what the first guy said!
As I said in my earlier post, I cannot download the latest version because it is not available to me in the special pack in my download area!
I did download from the web site as you have suggested – I downloaded the entire special pack again, but it only contains v4.6.8.
I also used the upgrade button within the download manager settings tab in the WP dashboard.
Add me to that list too please! When I click on the downloaded zip file, it creates a .cpgz file – not sure what that is, but cannot open it on my Mac.
The update has fixed it – thanks.
Brilliant – thanks for your help!
