When you’re testing, I’m also testing that page. It is the reason to activate email lock.

You say ‘form lock is working fine’, but I can’t agree it.

Form lock is not working! Please check again this page, http://copperalloymesh.com/wordpress/portfolio-item/sample9/

I can’t find any download buttons after click submit form.

It’s not working at this page(that I want to make), http://copperalloymesh.com/wordpress/portfolio-item/sample9/

And if I click download button, I can download a file without filling form here, (http://copperalloymesh.com/wordpress/download/download9/)

So, Form Lock option is not necessary, is it?
