Thanks. I got it wrong. I don’t know why but I thought the developer licence would include everything. I don’t need unlimited installations. I even do not use the plugin 🙂 I just need it to help customers with integration and to develop solutions like integration with sales force.

So I stay with the professional licence and the all-addons pack.

The customer placed the order himself and sent me the link to fetch his licence for installation. I will ask for his account name and send you and email (and hope you will get it this time)

About my expired licence i wrote:
“I have seen my former order 55fc8de717759 has expired but I did not get a renewal reminder. Would you mind to update the licence to a developer license and give me the 34% renewal discount as this is the same price I payed last year for my order?”

Great! Any time frame yet? I ask because I need to prepare a solution for a project and “Live Forms” is not compatible with the theme/other plugins (even with bootstrap disabled)  and the customer already has a form plugin (formidable).
