My server admin hs a checked the logs and there is nothing specific to download manager.

1. I have upgraded download manager on dev site to test it is working,
2. Tthe plugin would not active – I was told the the php version was out of date and switched this to latest version and the plugin activated
3. Now when I look at a package on my dev site it doesnlt dispaly anything see http://devel.sces.org.uk/download/music-for-national-mass/
4. But the package does work on the existing live site see with told downlad manager and php – https://sces.org.uk/download/music-for-national-mass/

Configuration
Live server
WordPress Version: 4.8.6
PHP Version: 7.0.30
Download Manager: 4.4.0

Dev server
WordPress Version: 4.8.6
PHP Version: 5.3.29
Download Manager: 4.7.6

Can you please advise what I need to do to get this working

Thanks for the info on the license so I do not need a license for dev site correct?

I am testing the install on the dev site and this is acopy of the live site. But with the an updated version of php.

The access rights are exactly the same on both sites and I am logged in as admin on both sites when I test it – see the attached screen dumps. The package shows ok in the admin area but not on live site.

I have attached screen dumps of this too.

Any futher ideas

Yes the the template above works because I haven’t updated Download manager. I am still on Ver 4.4.0

If I update the download manager to latest version 4.5 this breaks

If I leave the older version 4.4 the download manager in pages doesn’t work as per the original request.

Can I remove the file size what file do I need to edit?

Thanks this has resolved the problem.

Can I ask one more thing please can I replace the file size (highlighted in yellow)  with a small description of each file. If not what file do I need to edit to remove file size?

Thanks for doing this good support. I noticed yesterday that there was another plug in on the site that was an accordion and I deleted it. The plug in was called WP Awesome FAQ when I deactivated it the accordion for WP Download worked fine.

I am trying to get this layout on my site but he icons are broken. Please the 2 attached files.  How can I get it to show the icons for the file the ones that are missing are the PowerpOint and Word icons .

This tag gives me the description of the package I want to disay a description for each file in the table shown on the attachment

I also want to show the icon for each file for instance if it is a PDF file then show the pdf icon next to the file name in the the table on the attachment.

Please see attached I would like a to add a file description to each file in the table, Can this be done and if so how?

Maybe I haven’t made myself clear. I am referring to the Downlad File link that appears on the table header on top of the File header on capture 2 image

Link is coming from. It appears to be part of the [list_file] short code you can use in templates.

If you tell me where the file that contains the short code I will remove it.

I have done that now and it’s still the same see attached.

I am still getting invalid license key can you please advise what I need to do?

Thanks I had the [wpdm-all-packages items_per_page=10] however, it wasn’t displaying correctly I had to re-install the plugin and all fine now
