Hello I am trying to translate the strings http://igr.5998292646779.hostingkunde.de/akademie/knowledge-center/ but the changes are not updated I am already using WPML but the strings are not translated on frontend even when I translated on backend.
Can you pls suggest?

So even if I buy WPDM Directory Add-on it doesn’t work with Elementor is what you are saying?

This is premium addon, anyway to do it without additional purchases I already purchased premium version
