in review plugin, You are not allowed to post review.all pakages even user login

By default to submit a review a user must meet the following requirements,

Must be logged in
Have access to the package
Have already downloaded the package
If package is premium, have already purchased the package

but not working subscriber author its only admin can review

help me please

whats the orinal value of `”ratingValue” ► “*.*”,
“ratingCount” ► 0000,
“reviewCount” ► 0000
i used user review plugin

There, replace *.* with an average rating and 0000 with rating and review count.
??????? is this need replace?
