I’m sorry, it took you too long to respond. At $59.00 this program should just work. I am finding glitch after glitch. I need my site to work with 99.99% up-time and I can tell if I am having these issues out of the gate I am going to have them every update. Then you will want me to pay more money to get service on how to make it work. It

Thanks for bringing this unscrupulous practice to my attention. This is what I received when I asked about this in chat.

“Please mail to support@wpdownloadmanager.com or post a note from your order details page to cancel your subscription. As you know subscription is for plugin support and automatic updates, so you still will be able to continue using what you have, but keeping plugins up to date is always better for your website.”

They haven’t bothered to respond to the errors I am getting from their software. I mean at $59.00 they should have live telephone support. Absurd that a program that costs this mush is plagued with so many issues. Deleted it and I am on to the next plugin, which was free by the way…
Good luck to you!

More info on the issue…

So I am now trying to import my 125 files by letter groups.

I started and picked 5 Files that started with letter “A”
4 Success 1 Failed – Refresh and I got the last 1 to go after retrying.

I started and picked 3 Files that started with letter “B”
2 Success 1 Failed – Refresh and I got the last 1 to go after retrying.

I started and picked 15 Files that started with letter “C”
9 Success 6 Failed – Refresh and I got the last 6to go after retrying.

I can’t see a pattern to the failures…

Found another issue which may be what is causing the problem. Look at the attached photo to the right you see the Version 5.0.3 sort of floating between the lines. I think this needs an update since the last WordPress Update, coudl this be casuing my issue with failed imports?

Hello, I am having thesame problem. I am trying to import 125 < 1 mb files and it simply it starts out working as it seems but then fails. When I try to view a page with the files all listed it only displays maybe 10-15 files. Any suggestion?

I wanted to start over so I deleted the few files that actually sis work and I got an error message. See attachment.
