I agree, this should at least allow us to use the order=”asc/desc” at least. Anyone modified the shortcode?

Maximum upload file size: 64 MB.

Now those files I was having trouble with are no longer an issue. I hadnt looked at the size but to be honest you should consider creating something in the interface that prompts the user about file size if there’s a failure due to it. I felt stupid but my clients will just be flat out confused about why the file will not go and no errors or prompts.

PS. Still no change in the ability to hit the X and have it disappear from the package without a refresh. This may be a Jquery thing but I cant tell, no indications or errors.

I’ll change that right now but out of curiosity, why would changing the UPLOAD size impact the ability to see the REMOVAL of a file from a package as shown in the screencast I posted?

The server has 98.2 GB free and I uploaded manually so space isnt an issue. Total file size on one package I put in was 8 files with 25mb and yet attempting the same 8 files wont work with the uploader in the admin.

This morning I started a new package, went straight to the upload and it accepted a 253kb file and a 1.1mb parts price list without hesitation. I will see if the ones that I was trying yesterday were over the 20mb upload limit to be sure if that might have been something going on.

Not sure if this is related to my issue or something else but right after uploading these two I cannot hit the X to get rid of them, it does nothing but if I simply REFRESH the page I see that it did actually remove them. Here’s a video showing that happening. http://screencast.com/t/RY2w01NEf

Update:

I upgraded to the latest version of Avada (version 3.8.2) but no change to the situation

I did have some luck if I worked around the uploader by putting all the files on the server and using the ‘browse’ feature.

Created a new package and then took the following screen share video which shows:

– New Package
– Attempted to add two PDF (doesnt accept)
– Attempt to pick a PDF that hasnt been uploaded at all (works)
– After success on other PDF, attempt one of the first two PDF (doesnt accept)
– Attempt to delete PDF (doesnt do anything)

Hope this helps
