This is where it is stalling for me. The backend seems fine.

I’ve tried clearing cache and multiple browsers and I get the same result. It will not proceed to the upload submission form after logging in.

Ah! Yes, sorry about that. I was still trying to get the document upload to work (which it still isn’t) but then realized we were working on the first issue. Thanks!

Should I open another ticket on the upload issue?
