We had tried disabled wp rocket earlier, I just disabled it for the https://maxlifeindustries.com/filecart/ page now but the issues is still there on Firefox, on chrome it works fine
Any chance someone could help with these latest issues?
We reinstalled and the world came to an end.
1. The formatting of the “file cart” buttons on the side of the site is no longer normal and its formatting changes from page to page.
2. when creating a selection of downloadable files and then activating file cart. Downloading the package downloads a randomly named .txt file (example of latest +L6UnHrZ.txt) instead of the expected .zip package.
3. Cart does not email package. The output stated that the email was sent but one was never received.
Should we also uninstall “WPDM Page Template” as well? if so, will it keep our own templates?

Update to situation: We were able to update the plug-in as the “update” link however the file-cart plug-in uninstalled itself and now is in perpetual “please wait” when we clicked download to reinstall.
Confirmed – now I only receive 1 email and it is correctly linking to the package. Thank you very much Sir !
