Here what i did:
-create a new backup of my website then i restore it on local
-disable all plugins except WPDM 5.3.3 and Gutenberg blocks 1.3.9
-switch my theme to Twenty twenty-one
-create a package then add it to a new post named “test”
-update Gutenberg blocks to 2.0.7 then i opened “test” post
Result:
package block (if its created with 1.3.9 ) show “Select a package!” on backend however it show the package normally in front
package block (if its created with 2.0.7 ) show package info in both back and front as it should

This this the most strange issue i’ve ever faced with WordPress.
A solution to this or even some words which can describe the problem will be much appreciated

sorry i made a mistake,the title should be WPDM download limit (edited).
i used download limit addon to set limit for that role to 1.
it would be nice to support adding 0 as limit, maybe in upcaming releases (feature request)

the problem is on backend but the front is working fine.
So if there is no “auto” fix, i will have always to check the front if i want to edit or update package in a post
