I would like the three lists on the page to show the 3-5 most recently updated items in that order. I would like it to be a simple view, icon, name of file possible updated date and possible download button

Can anyone suggest how to achieve this?

Kind of, i worked it out based on an old post but the formatting has now gone. I wanted it simple but cant seem to show it like this…..

Not sure what you mean on the first response as i cannot see what i should be putting as the short code?

COuld i not just replace the downloa_bx.png with the pdf icon in the images folder ?

Ok so there is no way to change the default icon to the pdf icon ?
