Ok. This isn’t promising considering we haven’t received a reply regarding this issue. Makes me a little concerned.

I just want to reiterate that knowing what we need to do is important. The only file I can download is the test file. When after adding another bucket and uploading a different file I am running into the same problem.

Shaon, thanks for the help. May I ask what the problem was? A Secret reply would be fine. I just want to know how to address the problem if it occurs again.
