Yes, the process i know, the issue is that the folder was not where the WP was installed, so it is not possible to acces to other info in the same ftp but in other folder where the wp was installed.
Anyway i just solved with the hosting.

HI,

I am trying other thing before the cloud services.
If i add in the same ftp but in another folder and add it via link, it will work.
But is not working already.
Have a look on the url http://ibernex.es/descarga/

Why is that?
WIth this, we wont have the problem of cache on big files, and it wont need the add on of extra ftp (we already have this), but i do not see where is the miskake

The folder where the web are located is: /public_html and where i am locating new files is /public_ftp

any solution?

Hi Shahriar,
You told me that cache was abel to remote it in new versions…please have a look of this topic

PROBLEMS WITH CACHÉ AND SPEED OF DOWNLONAD

I am having this problem since the begining, and i really need a solution.

Does this add on will solve it? Can i try it before purchase it?
As previous you told me that an extra add on for other ftp , in which i will place big files will solve my problem.

WHat is AWS?
It was not a problem before.
And also, what happen with cache? Is there a chance to make it not save any cache?

Hi Shahriar, Still the same problem.
It takes too long to download http://ibernex.es/download/es-instaladorhelpnexusb/ , time out problem.
Also, the cache still keeps the files.
Can you check it again?

Yes, but then it will only be opened and not downloaded right?
And all the files will be either opened or either dowloaded.

Is there a chance to use both options, for example in one page let it downlowad, and in another just preview as pdf?

but i do not want to all visitors can download. only susrcribers or administrator.
and the other question, why changed the category role is not aplying to all the packages within that category?
