The download button on the left underneath the image is the one which doesn’t work.

The download buttons that are on the right of each file further down all work

yes this is what we had done previously but it still doesn’t allow a durable dealer subscriber to view the page, we had tested it.

I am currently logged in under a test subscriber account which is in the durable dealer plan, but I still cant have access to the home page.
please could you see what is blocking it or not reading?

Thank you for looking into that for us.

The subscribers are now automatically being placed into the ‘DURABLE DEALER’ plan.

We want to block the ‘home’ page from being accessed by anyone not logged in. We ticked the ‘durable dealer’ plan under the membership access section on the home page but now it is blocking everyone, despite subscribers belonging to the durable dealer plan.

Please could you see how this can be fixed?

Sorry another issue with the register/signup form.

At the moment when an account is created, it is putting the user details until ‘wordpress-users’ rather than the Download Manager plug in Users section.

Also is there a way for registrations to be pending upon approval from admins?
