Update…this is something on my site, but I can’t figure it out. thedigitalskies.com is the site having the problem.

Tested with same theme under different site and works.

As a follow-up to this first report. I went to a new file that I hadn’t set any parameters for. I enabled only the email lock under the package settings – lock options. A button does appear on the page as well as the “download” link text. However there is no place on this button line to enter a password. If you click on the download button you get the error message file.

If you click on the link text you do get the message to enter your email address, which works.

This is confusing to the user and there should be only one way for them to properly download the file.

I have only 4 files and they all migrated ok. I say ok, but 4.0.0 seems to be a major user interface change making a hard to use tool, harder.

My email template works ok.

I do not have the email templates at all in any of the menus. I see downloads. there is a template section there for links and pages, but not for emails. Also there is no email menu. I have only Manage packages, add new, buik import, categories, templates, subscribers, stats, and settings.

Please help.

I too would like to be able to get an email when a file has been downloaded.
