I don’t have the option to select username under Package Settings

According to this page: http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/advanced-access-control/
I should be able to see:
• Option to select username under Package Settings
• Manage user roles from Admin Menu Downloads Settings User Roles Tab
I can’t see either in my admin area.

Is there anyway of forcing users to enter a password and email address?
