It helps, if a person had time to read everything available to them. So thank you. I had very little time to do what I needed that I didn’t really have the time to read your docs. so I appreciate your help.

If you could provide additional help that would be great. Before installing a fresh copy of WP and re-doing the entire site we were using your lower pro version 3.something I believe. Then we upgraded to WPDM Pro v 4.1.9. Since I did not have any apart of the original site I am unfamiliar with your plugin and how it works. What I do know is that they could originally upload larger files over 12mb and the PHPINFO() says that the upload_max_filesize is 64M. Even last Friday the client uploaded a very large file to the old site that I am unable to upload now. So I am not sure what is going wrong. Please provide help if you can and thanks.
