Hi (again)

I found the error!

**** FORM LOCK does not work in PHP 7.x .

I downgrade my php version to 5.6 and all things start to work well.

Please, check, fix and release a new version of FORM LOCK compatible with PHP 7.x. asap.
I do need PHP 7.1 in my server.

(If possible, I’d like to become a beta tester of WDDM products)
