Well, that would be it. I guess. No issue then. My boss just doesn’t want it to go to another page. He just wants it to only download. No redirect. Is there a way around that?

Ok, I finally figured out how to explain it by talking to another one of our new guys. If you click on just the download button it does it correctly. But MOST of our people are, for whatever reason, click on the name so the link jumps you to the second page with all the download information such as when it was last updated and all that jazz and then you can download it. Is there a way to not have THAT jump? Is there a way so that when they click on the name it just downloads? Does that makes sense? I wish there was a way I could screen record and show you. Sorry I’m being so confusing!

Hi. I’m still struggling with this. Could someone please visit the page I mention in my first post and click on one of the downloads. It takes you to a second page that you then can download the file. I just want it to automatically download. Not have the jump. It feels clunky for lack of better word. Any help would be great! I really like the look New Items sections (Covid 19, Hello, testp123, etc) but at this point if we could just get rid of my second page jump that would be great!

They all do this. You click on the download button and it takes you to another page where you have to click on the download button again. THEN it downloads. On the the second page it tells you the version, etc. We don’t want it to go to the second page. We just want to click the download button and it download.Does that make sense?

And I really feel like something else is wrong because my dashboard for this plugin does not look like any of the demos. It looks like dos font and nothing lines up. I really am about to cry.

Ok, yeah, still crashed the page. Can I delete the plugin and let you start from scratch?

Ok, spoke with a-engine and they could not find anything on their end on why the bootstrap is not loading. I set the TinyMCE to the panel 1/3 template and page template single column flat just like it has been for years, and it crashed that page completely. I’m so at a loss. What can I do now?

Ok, so the server fixed the download issue. They said they had to cache exempt the ^/downloads url so that the calls would be fully processed by the server. But it still looks horrible. I am using the panel 1/3 template and page template single column flat. It’s supposed to look just like this: https://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/

Any update on this? Thank you!

I don’t see anything in my user interface that would be causing either of those issues. I have everything set to no password, everyone has access, etc. UGH!!!!

How do I send you screenshots. But errors are: Failed: Network Error, Timed Out, or if it does download some are saying it says there was an error opening this document. The file is damaged….

I deleted the plugin and reinstalled. I have chosen the 1/3 panel and it still appears as that last screen shot. ๐Ÿ™
