I’ve checked the settings.

Under the Lock Options, I’ve enabled only:

1. Must Agree with Terms
2. Enable Form Lock

These are standard options to lock the download file. However, what I need is **when a user clicks the download button, they should be redirected to the dedicated package page instead of seeing a popup**.

Kindly click on any download button — you’ll see a popup. I’d like to disable that behavior.

Could you please share the name of the setting that is responsible for locking this option?

Page URL: https://elmeq.aidemo.co.in/download-files/

Here is the page URL. Please click the download button on the right side — it currently opens a popup. I don’t want the popup; instead, it should redirect to the dedicated package page.

Dear Team,
I hope you’re doing well.

If I follow the manual method of adding data to the sample.csv file, it will be very time-consuming.

Note: I wants to export existing datas in CSV formt and import it in the same file format.

Please guide me on the following:

1. I have already added 70 packages using the Download Manager plugin on my existing website.

2. I want to export all those packages and import them into a new site—without using the manual method.

Kindly let me know the best way to achieve this.

Dear Team,
I hope this message finds you well.

I am not looking to migrate my entire WordPress site. I only want to transfer the data from the Download Manager plugin from my old site to a new one.

Here’s what I’ve done so far:

1. I exported all existing Download Manager data from the old site in CSV format.

2. When I try to import this CSV file into the new site via Download Manager → Import, the progress bar gets stuck at 1% and doesn’t move forward—even when importing just a single file.

Kindly assist me in resolving this issue and check the bellow attachment.
