Hi

Yes, I still can’t seem to adjust the email template. As said above,

Done that. Now only need to change the email template, because that was the original idea. Managed to play around with the email lock template itself, but cannot change the “default email” template, which is still showing the original default template, and I can’t get to it. Must be done through the backend.

The email template for email lock uses the “default” for the header etcetera. How can I change the “default” template?
Thanks
Thomas

OK, realised that I need to install all the individual zip files. But first I need to de-install the existing plugins. And then install it all, and then reconfigure, and then I find out that the “catpacks” widget apparently doesn’t exist any more, so I need to redo the pages. A lot of work.

Then go and configure the “email lock” and recapcha on the download. Find out that they don’t work in synch – you can fill in the email details, don’t click the recaptcha and still get the down load. disabled recaptcha.

Done that. Now only need to change the email template, because that was the original idea. Managed to play around with the email lock template itself, but cannot change the “default email” template, which is still showing the original default template, and I can’t get to it. Must be done through the backend.

On top of that, I realised that with using contact form 7 and form lock, I have a free integration with mailchimp. Now I don’t.
All in all, had better WP days.

Hi Shahriar

Thanks for your help, but it isn’t very good that I can’t change the template?

How can you sell a form lock add-on for $49, that actually doesn’t work with your main free product and then needs tweaking to work, and then you only get a pretty rudimentary, non-standard email template, that obviously does not fit my company’s image or style? That’s not very customer friendly. I should at least get the option to create/change 1 email template? Does that mean I have to fork over another $45? that makes close to $100 for very basic “register to download” functionality 🙁

Thanks
Thomas

Hi Shahriar

Yes it works now, although I didn’t notice as 2 items ended up in the spam folder. Thanks! Is there anyway to change the mail template?

Thanks for your help!

Regards

Thomas
