I’m providing an additional page where you can see same issue. Once you are logged in into WP this issue disappears and the WPDM items are shown correctly.

At the bottom of the page (footer) you can login with Social Profile (Facebook, etc) Can you login with a social profile of your own?

WPDM items should be seen like here: https://madmax.tinytake.com/sf/MzM1ODE1Ml8xMDA0NzE1OA
When you are not logged in as a regular visitor the WPDM Items behaves badly.

Admin or higher roles access will require 2FA or I will need to remove it.
