Thanks for that but we intentionally disabled the “Single File Download” option. Is there a way to fix the PDF Viewer without enabling the “Single File Download” option?

Thank you so much for that. However, the PACKAGE SETTINGS tabs are still not working. I tried to do the same thing you did for the ATTACH FILES tabs but it’s not working. I added an ID on the main container of that metabox and added the same jquery code, it’s working fine but the two other tabs are returning blank tab content. I think it’s because of the other included files from package-settings-front.php file that’s responsible for displaying other pane tab contents. I wanted to try and customize it further but I’m afraid there will be other conflicts. I’m hoping you can help with this as well.

Thanks for the response. Our host already adjusted the mod sec on our server and the issue is now resolved.
