Hi,

I think you have the wrong answer. You have not answered my questions. Please, take care to resolve the doubts as soon as possible or I will have to request a refund of the license for null technical support.

Hello,

Thank you for your quick response but I am not able to see the solution to my queries. I have carefully reviewed all documentation.

I ask you the questions again:
1.- When I select “Enable Email Lock”, ….

… does not take into account the configured label.

2

It always shows ‘Download’.
Is it possible that when I select “Enable Email Lock” it will pick up the label as I have configured it?

2.- I would like to use a shortcode to filter by category and also by tag. That is, use both simultaneously. In the documentation I don’t see the parameters I have to use. Does the plugin have any shortcode to use category filter and tag simultaneously?
