Would checking this option charge or not charge the customer’s credit card?

Sorry – to be clear, how do I disable the automatic renew?
(the other problem I’m experiencing is that the cancel subscription button also does not work)
For any package that I add, I want to be able to decide whether it renews or whether it is a one-time download.

It seems this was the problem: I needed a trailing slash at the end of my Callback URL.
I would get the error using https://www.mydomain.com but it would work if I used https://www.mydomain.com/
Hopefully this helps others who are experiencing the same problem.
