Can you please tell me. All of your plugin that install have the same problem in our every website like image show “error message” on the nbi website. Our visitors have the same problem if they stay outside Thailand. They can’t download the files but If they use vpn to use thailand Ip. They can download file. Please tell me how to fix it. Do you met the error like this before. I have try create new package have no problem. Please Please give me the fix. It’s over 10 days now. And not going nowhere. It’s looping. Please do something.Thank you.

My team update that the foreigner customer have the problem to download files anyway if they use VPN they have no problem download it.
