Why does it show the files beneath the folders, and also inside of the folders? For example, on this page: http://www.mncountyengineers.org/committees/accounting-task-force/

The PDF should only be visible in the folder, not in the folder and beneath the folders. That makes it confusing, especially when we will have hundreds of files.

And now that page isn’t even showing the file from that category. It is showing files from another category completely, even though I am using the same shortcode as shown above. Also when I click files in the tree, they don’t download. The tree just refreshes.
