any updates? or should I start a new topic?

I really need this basic functionality: tags in both the front-end AND the back-end when creating a package

and even set-up a new install of wordpress. Still no differences. Bug remains.

thank, this was fixed yesterday by your colleague after a new update (see my message of the 30/04 – 9:48 pm). He also assisted with getting the tags to work in the back-end (new update), but there are still not functioning in the front-end.

I have tried everything, including removing divi and even registering the tags to the post-type, reloading the metabox…, no difference.

Please assist urgently this has already caused me embarrassment during a meeting this morning. Thanks in advance.

PS: as it makes no difference I will put divi back on. Only change is that accordion works when divi deactivated as you had mentioned in a previous email

PS: all the tags were working in both front and backend before your last update and I have disabled all my child themes

Still more issues not fixed, see my other post:
– addon page in the backend is not showing that I actually have the addons so not warning for update
– QR code and API not working with app

problems remaining, any ETA on when you think these bugs can be fixed:
– no tag anymore
– addons status is not working
– can’t connect to API with app (using either QR or manual)

This is urgent and I have raised the tag issue several days ago

deactivated everything and re-activated again. Now [doc-preview] works (don’t know if you fixed it or if it’s what I did).

TAGS are not working and I really need it urgently + still issue with add-ons.
