This is a live government website, I can’t provide Admin access.

I have tried deactivated all plugins and I have updated to 4.9.3.

The Link Templates work but not the Page Templates.

Could I please get some help with this? I am unable to disable the page templates although I am able to disable the link templates.

Hi there,

I’ve not heard anything back and it’s still not fixed. Unfortunately, I can’t continue to have complete strangers have full admin access to the site, so I have revoked access again. Please advise what can be done to fix the bug in your plugin.

I’m still having this problem. Am unable to disable page templates, but can disable Link Templates.

Hi there, I’m having the same problem.

I have Wordfence installed and I added /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php, request.body[ main-content] to the white list and this seemed to fix it for the link templates. I also disable Wordfence so now I can disable the link templates but not the page templates.
