I don’t know what the problem is. I can log in with the credentials I sent you with no problem at all.
I cannot get support and the plugin does not work.
I have tried again on a fresh computer and no problem logging in with the credentials I gave you. All I can think is that there must have been a connection problem when you tried. Please try again.
There is nothing broken for me. Can you be more specific?
I cannot see anything in the backend that is not working, or the front end.
Is it possible it is a connection problem as I am in Australia, and you are elsewhere?
