I’ll double check it again. But the UI of that guide is also out of date since the last AWS console updates.
So for configuring users it can be quite troublesome.
The documentation for your s3 offload service is really not great

Hi, The issue is there because the size of the media is quite large (for the download manager plugin files), Thus me using your plugin to offload the media.
Could you maybe just have some patience with it when you attempt to fix it. Im about to purchase a new licence again. But need it to be working.
If it times out. just have some patience and try again/ refresh.

The problem is not with new downloads but existing links downloads like i shared in my private message

The downloads further down on the pack does not work. The first one will download but not those at the bottom.
