Hi,

My download links are not being displayed properly. You can visit the graphics section of my website in IE to take a look. Also I think one of my widgets is not being displayed correctly due to the errors.

So kindly resolve the errors or guide me how to do the same.

Hi Shahriar,

There are a few more issues I have come across.

Firstly, the download button has now come at the very bottom of my posts. Just scroll to the very end of any page on my website and you will see it. Please remove that button.

Also, if I visit my downloads in internet explorer, they are not being displayed properly. The link templates are also not working properly. You can see that on the Graphics section of my website or on any download; if you open the site on IE.

I have not yet deleted the login I set up for you so you can use that to solve the issues.

Hi there, an update.

The problem with the update button seems to have sorted out. I don’t know how it happened. If you think it could be managed by me in future, you can give me an idea how to tackle it.

That leaves us with the cache issue. I think it is related to WPDM Premium Packages add on.

Hi there,

Unfortunately I have to bother you again.

The issue with the update button has resurfaced and thus I am unable to add products to my site. Kindly look into our previous conversation if you don’t remember what the issue was. I think it appeared when I updated to the latest version of WPDM Premium packages.

Also, Varnish cache is again not working. Last time the keymaster Shahjada was able to resolve the issue for me so please look into that as well.

Hi Shahriar,

Thanks for providing the solution to the above issues.

I have one more query. How does the license key system work in the plugin. As far as I understand from the docs, when a user buys a product he will have to click on generate license key and it will be generated for him and a copy of it will be added to my wordpress. Kindly guide me if I am wrong. Also, is there anything I need to do on my end to make this system work.

Hi there,

Unfortunately I have to bother you again.

The download button you removed has reappeared on free packages. Also Varnish cache has stopped working again.

I don’t remember but maybe there was an update of your plugin and hence the issues.

Kindly guide me on what changes I have to make to resolve these issues so that I don’t need to contact support again for the same problems.

Hi Shaon,

I upload a file and put a price on it. Then I publish that package. However when I make any change and try to update that package, the update button doesn’t work.

I have already send my credentials. So if you login and go to downloads and edit the package Funny Fat Man Showing Thumbs Up with a price of $2, you will not be able to update it.

This issue doesn’t arise if I don’t put a price on the package so I guess the problem is with the Premium Package Add On.

Hi Shahriar,

Thanks a lot for resolving the issue with the download button. Also I applied your solution to the single column flat template and it worked well.

However, I disabled all plugins but the update button in packages with price didn’t work still. You can go ahead and try the same if you want. Kindly look into the issue as we will not be able to set up our shop till then.

Also, the httpfox extension in my firefox is still showing the no cache headers.

Hi there,

I have run into some more issues. When I update a download post for which i charge money, I am unable to update the download after making changes. The issue doesn’t arise with free products so I guess the problem is related to the Premium Package.

Also, there is a black download button at the end of my free downloads which redirects to the same page. I want to delete that button but I am unable to find the settings from which it is set.

Lastly, the social media locks in the single column flat page template come below the sidebar of my theme due to which they can’t be seen.

Kindly help me resolve these issues.
