I understand, but this was not an issue before this new version of the plugin. Is there a way so that we can continue to use the serial numbers? We have too many packages already uploaded to go back and change them. Aside from that, these are the serial numbers for manuals that clients use to access the packages.
Nayeem, we just updated to test the newest version and it isn’t not working. What are the solutions we can use resolve this to continue using the newest updates? Once again, as mentioned above, we didn’t change any settings.

I have restored the website to a recent backup before the update to version 6.5.4.. The plugin and form are now working as intended again. However, would you be able to advise as to why the newest version caused the form to break? We didn’t change any settings before or after the updating to the newest version.

Hello @Nayeem, we have disabled all plugins and tried switching to another theme. However, we are still coming up with the same issue of it not downloading the PDF file.
(Update***) We believe the issue is a result of an error with the form lock. When the form lock plugin is off, we can download the file. When the form lock plugin is on, we are unable to download the file.
Nayeem, The form is submitting in that example (although it’s not the serial number form) but then nothing downloads. We need the download to happen on the page after the form submission, not via email (which is working in your example).

@usman which version of the plugin did you revert to? We had an older version and it wasn’t working so we updated thinking that would fix it. nope.
