How can I use the following template with the following shortcode that I currently use on my website

I don’t understand how to do it.

Thank you for your answers but it’s not what I was looking for. In the following page: https://apecc.com/boletin-semanal/, you can see at the right of the page a space for advanced search with: “categories”, “Filter date range”, “tags”.

I would like to be able to choose which categories should appeared in the “categories” tab.

In the previous page I share with you, I insert a shortcode so that people only can see documents with category “Boletines 2021” and I would like in this page that users only be able to filter the documents by the subcategories of “boletines 2021”. I don’t want to display the others created categories that have nothing to see with “boletines 2021”. Is it posible ?
