Great news! How do I apply the patch? Do I edit the functions.php file manually or will you create a new update with the fix?

As above, at least for now, please can you send me a link where I can download the previous version 4.9.7 (Pro) until the issue is resolved?

I checked and the Private Download Links Usage Limit was set to 3 – I increased it to 300 and it still gives the same message.
In any case, you get the same problem if you try to download the file from our normal downloads page “downloads.acfconsultants.com”, and the problem arises with all previous files too.
Please can you send me a link to download the previous version 4.9.7 (Pro) until the issue is resolved?

Hi Shahriar
Thanks for your prompt response. I created the templates several months ago using the clone and edit facility within WPDM. I noticed later that they had disappeared, and the download specification for selecting the template were then null. We do keep period backups using Updraft – where would I look for the template content? Is it in a website folder or in the database?

Hi Shahriar – This issue seems to have resolved itself;maybe I changed one of the settings and it fixed the problem.

Hi Shahriar – I am happy to give you a temp admin access. Just before we do so, I noticed that the Attach File / Upload tab shows “Max: 0MB” as per the screen shot attached. Does this help you at all?

I have a similar problem – we changed the subdomain of our site from wordpress.mysite.com to http://www.mysite.com. I have written to support via email with the details.

OK, I managed to get the Browse tab to work, and managed to upload files that way.
Still, the ability to drop or select a file using the Upload tab in the Edit Package page would be useful.
