Thanks for the prompt reply. So does the gravity form have to be on embedded on a download page? My scenario is that I am creating a custom post template for a specific page that will virtually no options configured through admin (think static template turned into wordpress).

In the instructions for gravity forms it says to create a hidden field with this value: [wpdm_package_id] and it will know to render it. Does I replace what that says with the actual package id, so for example: [wpdm_package id='8338'] ?

Nevermind. I figured it out. I created a template called single-wpdmpro.php and that worked.
