How are the relations stored?

migration doesn’t really work.

Categories are not migrated.
They are created but not assigned.

Access add-on is not migrated.
Instead, a set of random users are now assigned on each package.

This is not just “some” manual work.
One needs to go through all packages and refill a whole lot of things.
