Thanks for the help! Upgrading wordpress worked and got rid of the text issue. However I still can’t switch to visual and is only showing text (html) and also the toolbar is not showing still.

Any ideas?

I’ve managed to get FTP working and have installed the plugin as per instructions. Does not seem to resolve the issue.

An idea would be to share my PC and get you access that way for you to look at. Just need to find a software and get in touch if you’re able to help.

I’ll get back to you on the issue on installing the plugin. I think I need to sort the issue of it asking for FTP first.

Just wondering:
-For the All Packages Table, is there a way for it to show the file description underneath each row?
-Is toolbar for the all packages table for sorting etc?

-For the category with page template call to action, is there a way to increase the file description shown and reduce the size of each row?

-I’ve read the instructions. As per previous – I don’t have FTP capabilities only SFTP. I can try get it enabled but is there another way we can install it correctly 100%?

-Want to clarify you want me to check CURL is not installed to see if it not being enabled is the cause of the issue right? Needs to be ‘enabled but’?

The site is not public available and as previous I don’t believe FTP is available. Just SFTP. Any ideas for a correct installation if it is the issue?

I also did a search and apparently you’ve mentioned to activate CURL to fix this problem. I’m not sure if it is activated but have been told it is. Anyway to check? I’ve run a phpinfo and CURL is only mentioned in credits.

I’ve got direct SFTP access to the plugins directory – can I not just extract the .zip contents into the plugins folder?

I tried installing it via the front end as per instructions but it requires FTP/FTPS credentials which I don’t know / might not be setup.
