Hello again and thank you for your reply!
I have now installed the “Download Manager” in the completely same WordPress environment on a different server and it also works there with the large ZIP folders and over 100 files.
So you were absolutely right that it really was the server power.
The problem is solved and the other server is running fine!
THANK YOU for your help and unfortunately I still have a small “stupid” question…..
I’ve edited the original “dashboard.php” a bit, but didn’t make a note of where I can find this “dashboard.php” to adapt it again on the new installation. Could you perhaps send me the path to the correct “dashboard.php” here, the view as the user finds it after logging in.
Thank you for the great support and sorry for making so much work.
Best regards, Franz Knittl
Thank you for the feedback but that doesn’t really help me. I decided to use your download manager because of the wide range of options. I could have stayed with my previous tool for handling fewer files.
Your download manager is therefore unusable for somewhat larger requirements and I would say that it has its power limited in the amount of data.
I’ll consider how I can handle this temporarily and look around for a full replacement and the following termination.
Thanks for the effort!
I was able to fix the error myself in the meantime, so the topic is closed! Many thanks for the support!
The users Max Muster or MartinPfeiffer all received a package with photos.
The files for download are not displayed in the dashboard.
That’s the problem I can’t get any further!
The login works perfectly and if successful, the user is redirected to his dashboard.
His photos should then be visible there under “my Downloads”. NOTHING no matter what I try shows up there.
