Tobias, i just tested a pdf file without a problem! May be the size is too big?

Thanks Shahriar, the problem is fixed with a template edit. You have the url in the download packet twice in the template.

I think you/we have to translate the language file!

It would be nice, when the admin of this forum give a small hint to such postings! It is a good sign of support for the customer!
